My story is kind of the cliché version of I always wanted to be a vet. My family raised show rabbits, and I learned how to walk by following them around the house. I got my first dog (a basset hound) on my third birthday. Fast forward to my elementary years, I was taking care of our chickens, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, and horses. Once I started shadowing at my local vet in high school, I knew that there was no other profession I wanted to be in.”
